A project bursting with period features and colour. Situated in the heart of Crouch End, we extended the property by creating a rear and side return to create a stunning open plan kitchen diner, giving our client and their family the space required. With large double sliding doors to the rear garden and three electronically controlled Velux windows, light floods throughout the ground floor.
In collaboration with our client’s design input we then transformed the property throughout to create a vibrant, bright and Mediterranean feel. Some of the finishes included terrazzo and herringbone oak flooring, metro tiling, restored period mouldings and bespoke joinery.
