A quintessentially Islington four-storey townhouse was entrusted to us for a full renovation both internally and externally.
On the lower ground, the kitchen-living space has a contemporary galley kitchen installed that extends to the new Crittall style aluminium patio doors, the door of choice also for the utility space and the remaining windows have been replaced with hardwood timber sashes.
The two bathrooms have been transformed with an under-the-skin mechanical and electrical overhaul, finished with modern sanitaryware and clean lines.
The tasteful redecoration extends to all floors with a neutral palette setting the stage for choice furnishings and electrical renewals.
To complete the project we decorated externally and replaced the pitched roof. This included new timbers, leadwork, fibreglass and tiles whilst remaining sympathetic to its environment.
